We don't read it.

Easy Property Dealer stores your book on your device. Drive backup, when used, saves a backup to your Google Drive app data storage. We do not run a server that holds your records.

  • Local-first. Data lives on your device by default.
  • Your Drive, not ours. Optional backups go to your Google account.
  • No selling, ever. We do not sell your app records, support messages or analytics data.
  • Minimum permissions. Contacts, camera, photos, location, notifications and platform permissions are requested only for features you choose.

01 · Scope

This policy describes how Easy Property Dealer ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Easy Property Dealer mobile app (the "App") or the website at easypropertydealer.com (the "Site"). It is written in plain English so it is easy to understand.

This policy does not apply to third-party services you use through the App, such as Google Drive or your phone's dialer or messaging app.

02 · What we collect

The App is built to need as little of your information as possible. The main categories are:

A. Information that stays on your device

Properties, contacts, deals, notes, reminders, locations, photos, links, attached documents, profile details and local preferences are written to local storage on your device. We never see, copy or transmit your property book — unless you explicitly enable Drive backup, in which case see section 06.

B. Analytics and diagnostic information

The App uses Firebase/Google services to understand basic app health and usage. This can include app opens, feature/action events, share events, product interactions, device model, operating system version, App version, general diagnostics, and similar technical information. These events are used to improve the App and fix issues. We do not intentionally send your property records, deal details, notes, contact contents, reminder text or Drive backup contents to analytics.

If the App crashes, diagnostic information may also be available through platform or Firebase tools. Crash and diagnostic reports may include stack traces, device model, operating system version, and App version — not your local app records.

C. Website technical information

When you visit the Site, your browser may make normal technical requests to our hosting provider and to third-party resources we use, such as Google Fonts. Those providers may receive standard web request information such as IP address, browser/user-agent, referrer, and timestamp. We do not use the Site to collect your app records.

D. Information you send us directly

If you contact us through the Contact page — whether for support, feedback, partnerships, press, or a privacy request — your message, including your email address, name (if provided), and message, sits in our support inbox. We retain support correspondence for 24 months for follow-up; longer only if you've opted into a partnership conversation.

E. Purchase and entitlement information

If you buy, restore or manage Easy Property Dealer Pro, the App Store or Google Play handles the payment. RevenueCat helps us check whether Pro is active. Purchase-related data can include product identifiers, transaction status, receipt or purchase token details, renewal status, store account region, app user identifier, device/platform details and purchase history. We do not receive your full card number or payment credentials.

F. Advertising information

Free users may see occasional ads through Google AdMob. We request non-personalized ads. Ad delivery and reporting can involve device identifiers, advertising data, ad request data, app version, general device information and ad interaction events. We do not send property records, deal details, contacts, notes, reminders, photos or Drive backup contents to the ad provider.

What we do NOT collect

  • We do not store your properties, contacts or deals on our servers.
  • We do not require a separate "Easy Property Dealer account" for your local records. Google sign-in/Drive connection is used only for optional Drive backup.
  • We do not send your local app records, contact contents, deal details, notes or Drive backup contents to analytics platforms.
  • We do not sell your data or use your app records for advertising.
  • We do not ask the App to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

03 · How information is used

We use the categories above only for what makes the App work for you:

  • Local data (A) — to show you your book, run searches, compute deal totals, fire reminders, generate PDF exports.
  • Analytics and diagnostics (B) — to understand which features are used, find bugs, improve performance, and fix issues affecting real devices.
  • Website technical information (C) — to load the Site, fonts and other resources, maintain security, and troubleshoot website problems.
  • Email correspondence (D) — to answer your support question, follow up on your bug, or scope your partnership.
  • Purchase and entitlement information (E) — to sell Pro through the platform stores, restore purchases, confirm subscription status, prevent duplicate grants, and provide customer support.
  • Advertising information (F) — to show, cap, report and troubleshoot ads for free users, and to remove ads for Pro users.

The App does not require an Easy Property Dealer account for local records. Google sign-in is used only for optional Drive backup. Pro purchases are optional and are handled through the App Store or Google Play where available.

04 · Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We share information only in these specific cases:

  • Apple App Store and Google Play — platform services, in-app purchases, restore purchases, update checks, refunds, tax handling and store account controls. Governed by each store's own terms and privacy policy.
  • RevenueCat — purchase entitlement infrastructure used to check whether Pro is active and to restore eligible purchases.
  • Firebase / Google services — analytics, diagnostics, app health and technical event processing.
  • Google AdMob — ad delivery, measurement, reporting and ad issue investigation for free users.
  • Google Sign-In and Google Drive — only if you turn on Drive backup. The backup package is uploaded to your Drive app data storage, in your account. We have no access to your Drive.
  • Website resource providers — for example, Google Fonts may receive standard browser request information when loading fonts for the Site.
  • Service providers we hire — for example, email and workspace providers that host our support inbox. They process information only on our instructions, and only to deliver the email service.

05 · App permissions, line by line

Depending on your platform, installed build and enabled features, Android or iOS may ask for the following permissions. The App requests them only when the related feature needs them.

Contacts To let you import a phone contact into the App, attach a contact to a property or deal, or save an app contact back to your device when you choose. We do not upload your contacts to our servers.
Camera To capture property photos, document images, profile images or scan property QR codes when you open those features.
Photos / files To pick selected property media, document images, profile images, QR images, exports or backup files. The App only uses the files you choose.
Location To save exact property map coordinates when you tap the current-location action. We do not continuously track your location.
Notifications To show reminders, backup progress and other local App notifications when supported by your device. Reminder notifications are local — they do not go through our server.
Internet For optional Drive backup/restore, Google Sign-In, Firebase analytics/diagnostics, ads, Pro purchases, external links, updates, website/help/contact links and support flows.
Background processing For scheduled backup support when you enable automatic Google Drive backup. Mobile systems may delay or skip background work depending on battery, network and system rules.
Dialer / messaging intents Some buttons may open your phone's dialer, SMS, WhatsApp, email, browser or maps app with details pre-filled. We do not place calls or send messages in the background.

06 · Drive backup, in detail

This section is the most important one if you've turned on Drive backup.

What gets uploaded

A backup package contains your local database, including properties, contacts, deals, notes, reminders and locations. If Include photos is turned on in the Backup screen, supported property/profile media may also be included.

Where it lives

In Google Drive's private app data storage for Easy Property Dealer, inside your own Google account. It is not a normal visible Drive folder. We do not have access; only your connected Google account can access it through the app.

Security

The backup is stored in your Google Drive account's app data storage and protected by Google's account security and transport/storage protections. We do not hold a copy of your backup.

Retention

You choose how many backup snapshots to keep. The App auto-prunes older unpinned snapshots when the limit is reached. You can manage or delete backups from inside the App.

07 · Retention

  • Local data — kept until you delete it from the App or uninstall the App.
  • Drive backups — kept according to the retention setting you choose in the App.
  • Email correspondence — 24 months, unless you've asked us to delete it sooner.
  • Analytics and diagnostics — retained according to Firebase/Google retention settings and policies.
  • Purchase records — retained by the platform store and RevenueCat according to their billing, tax, fraud prevention and entitlement retention policies.
  • Advertising data — retained by Google AdMob according to Google's advertising and measurement retention policies.

08 · Security

We use industry-standard practices to keep what little we hold safe:

  • Email correspondence is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (provider-managed).
  • Drive backups are stored in your Google Drive account's private app data storage (see section 06).
  • Our internal staff laptops are full-disk encrypted, with two-factor authentication on every shared service.
  • We do not run a public-facing server that holds your property book, which means there is no public-facing record server to breach.

No system is invulnerable, but we design the App to reduce risk by keeping your core records on your device and your backups in your own Google Drive account.

09 · Your control

Because Easy Property Dealer is local-first, your main records are controlled directly by you:

  • Local records — view, edit, export, or delete them inside the App.
  • Drive backups — manage or delete them from the App.
  • Purchases — manage subscriptions, cancellations and refunds through the App Store or Google Play account that made the purchase.
  • Ads and analytics controls — manage available Apple, Google, device and app permission settings from your device, store account or Google account.
  • Support messages — if you contacted us, you can ask us to review or delete that support conversation where we can reasonably identify it.

We do not maintain a separate user database containing your property book, so we cannot look up or export local App records from our side.

10 · Children

The App is rated Everyone but is designed for adult users running a property dealing business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

11 · Changes to this policy

We may update or change this policy at any time to reflect App changes, new services, advertising partners, or operational needs. When we update it, we will change the Last updated date at the top. Your continued use of the App or Site after an updated policy becomes effective means the updated policy applies. Trivial corrections (typos, broken links, address updates) may be made silently.
